Activity Logs

You can access the Activity Logs page form the sidebar under the Monitor menu.

The Activity Logs track the history of relevant service-related or platform-related events for auditing and troubleshooting purposes. A dedicated page displaying the history of all events can be accessed from the Activity Logs widget in the dashboard.

All activities and events related to Accounts can also be viewed directly on the Account details page for convenience, simplifying the process of reconstructing the Account's history.

The main dashboard also provides an overview of the most recent Activities in a dedicate Widget. Clicking the red arrow , brings the user in the main Activity Logs page.
